I possess a broad range of knowledge and expertise in child development, ECE, psychology and emotional intelligence.
As a highly accomplished successful executive with more than 27 years of leadership and experience I am more than confident that I will be able to coach your family effectively. Throughout my career with public school programs at the YMCA, large nonprofits, as well as owning my own school Little Promises Academy I have I had the honor of helping parents navigate through the ups and downs of parenting and development.

I hold a bachelors degree in child and family counseling as well as continued education annually for the past 10 years through state licensing.

Certified through Jai Institute with a parents/ child behavior coach certification
Ran a children’s church program with 75+ children for seven years. Organized and implemented curriculum, classroom management strategies and behavior modification when needed.
